Order Process

Initial Consultation
If you are interested in any of my services offered then please go to the contact section of the website giving a brief description of what you would like. You may also contact me via phone or email. All home consultations are by appointment only. Any consultation outside of a 30 mile radius of Jullabell Creations premises may be charged travel and expenses. Please note I am only available evening and weekends.

Samples
The next stage is to request a sample pack this costs £5 and contains between 3 and 5 variations of Invitations depending on choice. If you wish for a colour match to anything in particular then a sample swatch must be supplied. Please note that at busy times of the year it may take up to 3 weeks for you to receive your sample. Please call if you require a sample quickly or wish to discuss a bespoke design.

Placing an Order
The next stage is to request an order form where you will sign with acceptance to the terms and conditions of Jullabell Creations. Order forms are available for download via the Order Link, alternatively I can post one out if requested. They must be filled out correctly, signed and dated and either returned by post or taken to Jullabell Creations. Alternatively you may arrange a consultation with me to go through everything. There is no minimum order, and if you need more invitations at a later date then please let me know and I will get them to you a.s.a.p.

Deposit & Payment
If you are ordering Wedding stationery a non-refundable 50% deposit is required when placing an order and must be cleared before any work is carried out. Return of a completed order form and payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The remaining balance is payable immediately on completion of an order, or if you have arranged to collect from Jullabell Creations then payment on the day is fine. You will be notified via phone or email whichever you prefer when your order is complete. Jullabell Creations accepts payments in Pounds Sterling by cash or cheque
(payable to ‘Julie Butcher’).

Additional Prices
All prices can be seen with the collection. To put your guest’s names onto the place cards, you will need to add an additional £15.00 for fewer than 100 guests and a further £10.00 for every 100 after that. A quality 100gsm envelope is supplied with every invitation and will be included in the price, additional requirements can be catered for.

Proofs
Jullabell Creations will provide you with one set of proofs by post (unless otherwise discussed) for your approval before work will commence. If any alterations are required in the wording after this point all further proofs will be forwarded by email (unless otherwise discussed). If you are 100% happy with the proof then you must notify me via mobile or email before I can continue with the order. Jullabell Creations cannot be held responsible for any mistakes after this point.

Information
All information that is not specifically in your order form such as Order of Service, Menus, Guest Names, and Table Plan, will need to be typed and either sent by email in a Microsoft Word document or handed in to Jullabell Creations when they are required. Please note that any extra time taken confirming the proofs may delay the delivery of your order. I tend to allow 5-7 days to confirm proofing.

Bespoke
All prices for bespoke work are individual. Illustrations and maps are all individually priced and your requirements will need to be discussed. All illustrations and designs remain the copyright of Jullabell Creations and may be used for marketing purposes. The bespoke service will obviously take longer than choosing a design from the stationery range, so I would recommend you don’t leave it any later than 6 months before your wedding to start discussing your requirements.

Delivery
Delivery charges do apply, but they are all individual. Your order is packed very securely and in perfect condition with the address clearly stated and is sent to you by a reputable postal service (Recorded Delivery). Jullabell Creations cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any package or its contents once it has left Jullabell Creations. Alternatively you may collect your stationery from me at a prearranged date and time.

Artwork Design
Consultations for Artwork can be made via the contact link on this website, phone, or email. You will be invoiced a breakdown of charges, if you are happy please print and return the acceptance form which will be attached. Charges for artwork are £25 per hour and payment must be received before the design is released for print. Proofs will be sent via email or post.
